BRIEF
Alzheimer's Kaleidoscope Project
The Alzheimer's Kaleidoscope Project is an open science initiative aiming to understand the molecular transitions of Alzheimer's disease in a spatiotemporal dimension.
Open Access Data
This project offers multi-omic resources and integrative analytical tools for Alzheimer's disease, helping scholars explore the spatiotemporal complexity of the mammalian brain at the single-cell level.
Mouse Brain Mapof Alzheimer's Disease
An in situ transcriptional landscape visualization tool that dynamically showcases spatiotemporal transcription shifts.
Mouse Regional Cell Atlasof Alzheimer's Disease
A resource for visualizing the dynamic cellular and molecular transitions during amyloid pathology progression.
The Alzheimer's Kaleidoscope Project is a pioneering initiative in open science,
dedicated to fostering global research and educational advancements. We proudly make
our data, analytical tools, and scientific resources accessible to all via our website,
Our mission is to facilitate a deeper comprehension of the molecular mechanisms underlying Alzheimer's, fostering a collaborative environment that transcends borders. By offering continuous access to high-quality data and web-based applications, we empower the international scientific community to drive innovation and discovery in the field of neuroscience.
Our research endeavors are geared towards unraveling the intricate molecular underpinnings of Alzheimer's Disease. We strive to achieve this by meticulously mapping the transcriptional and epigenetic profiles of both human and mouse brains, shedding light on the complexities of this condition and paving the way for innovative solutions.
