Mouse SnRNA-seq Data of Alzheimer's Regional Cell Atlas

This part includes 84 sections of murine brains and over 1 million nuclei sampled from 341 dissected brain tissues across the prefrontal cortex, hippocampus, retrosplenial cortex, basal forebrain, entorhinal cortex, striatum and thalamus at 7 consecutive time points along the initiation and progression of AD.
